Our high-energy classes are one hour long and guaranteed to work your entire body! Each workout includes dance conditioning, pilates movements, and yoga-inspired stretching — all of which will tone your body from head to toe. While the focus is fitness, our ultimate goal is to have each student leave the studio feeling brave, confident, and accomplished.
Students’ health and safety is at the heart of everything we do. While we amp up the intensity through low-impact conditioning and targeted muscle toning, our emphasis on isometric movements helps prevent injuries and overuse. By focusing on these “tiny movements,” students can easily stay within their “working zone” and accomplish their physical goals without risking injury.
Thanks to our emphasis on body positivity, students feel comfortable in every class and find themselves working harder than ever before. Studies show that people who work for themselves in a comfortable environment have more success in achieving their goals, while having a non-competitive environment fosters even more growth through positive body awareness and acceptance.
To motivate our students and encourage them to show up to each class with determination and confidence, we ask the following questions at every class: Can you work a little harder? Ask yourself, is this your best effort? Are you being truthful to yourself? What do you really have to lose? Our teachers help each student feel comfortable — regardless of experience or fitness level — by focusing on body positivity, small wins, and non-competitive commitment to our goals.
I created Vibe Barre Studio because I recognized the need for a place where EVERYONE feels not only welcomed, but comfortable. Every time a student leaves our studio, they will feel more in love with THEMSELVES.
