BARRE ADVANCED

For our clients with at least 10 classes under their belts, barre advanced offers a fast-pace, high-intensity option. This 45-minute class uses combination moves in order to work the entire body and define each muscle group. Barre Advanced uses cardio, weight work and classic barre isometric moves to effectively strengthen and define all muscle groups from large to small.

BOUNCE & SCULPt

This innovative 45-minute class style uses individual trampolines to pump up the cardio impact and engage the core through the rebounder theory. Bounce & Sculpt is designed to help clients improve their balance, coordination, and stamina, while getting a full-body workout, toning every inch - with a concentration on the core. This dynamic class will encourage clients to push the limits of their endurance and leave them on an endorphin high.

HUSTLE & SCULPT

Our newest and most versatile format is Hustle & Sculpt. Hustle & Sculpt is a 55-minute class using the step, along with a variety of props all designed to maximize your time in the studio.  This vigorous whole-body workout is a rhythmic-based strength training class that leaves clients toned, sweaty and on an endorphin-high when they leave class. The difference in this format is that it targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously and heavy weights are incorporated throughout class.

30-15

Starting with a 30-minute powerful barre workout and ending with 15-minutes of stretching and foam rolling, this unique format is designed to allow clients to get in an intense workout all the while increasing flexibility and range of motion. Barre 30/15 targets your core and seat muscle groups in a quick but effective barre workout, then leaves time for foam rolling through the entire body. The benefits of foam rolling include bringing oxygen to the blood, releasing muscle knots and relieving inflammation.

Hi, there! My name is Victoria and I’m the owner and lead instructor at Vibe Barre in MESA, ARIZONA. I was born and raised in New York, but after studying Sociology and Exercise Science at Northern Arizona University, I eventually decided to make Arizona my forever home.
